Third-Party Solution Integration
To further enhance Microcall dashboards, Microcall will auto-populate information such as; Employee Names, Location, Departments, Cost Centers, Devices, MAC Address, Shared-Line Assignment, etc., obtained from third-party solutions like; Active Directory, PeopleSoft, Workday, Unimax, Cisco UCM, Avaya Site Admin., and HR systems. Microcall automatically integrates all voice data and third-party data into a centralized SQL database.
